In launching EC, our mission was the creation of a new paradigm
combining executive search and coaching services to empower executives
to achieve significant results for their organizations, as well as in
relation to their own professional growth. Based upon several years of
achievement far beyond our original goals, we believe we are succeeding.
Much of that success also comes from our realization that most search
consultants sometimes deliver, but sometimes don’t. Seeking to set
